What if I’ve been told my knee is “bone-on-bone”?
That description alone cannot establish whether a treatment is appropriate. A clinician should consider your symptoms, examination and the severity of arthritis. We do not promise cartilage regrowth, reversal of advanced arthritis or avoidance of surgery.
What if a surgeon has recommended surgery?
Do not delay necessary care based on this website or an information call. Discuss your questions and any alternatives with qualified treating clinicians. Our coordinator does not assess whether you need surgery.
What services are planned?
Planned services include clinical pain evaluations, joint PRP injections, laser therapy and shockwave therapy. PRP uses a preparation from your own blood; it is not suitable for every joint concern and results vary. A clinician discusses the evidence, risks, alternatives and costs before recommending any care. In-person care is planned for November 2026.
Can I talk to someone before deciding?
Yes. The approximately 15-minute call is free and comes with no obligation to purchase. A coordinator explains the services, evaluation process, cash-pay costs and appointment arrangements. It is not a medical evaluation.
How much does treatment cost?
Treatment is cash-pay. Final service and package pricing is being prepared for opening; ask what is currently confirmed during your call. Any recommended care will have clear written pricing before you agree. No payment is required for the information call.
Will I be pressured to buy a package?
No. You can ask questions, take time and decide not to proceed. A clinician determines which treatments, if any, are appropriate. Purchasing a package is not a condition of having an information call.
How much time will appointments take?
The information call takes approximately 15 minutes. In-person visit length and frequency depend on the evaluation and any recommended care. Your team will explain the expected schedule before you commit.
When can I start?
Information calls can take place before the clinic opens. In-person care is planned for November 2026, subject to readiness and confirmed scheduling. Hair restoration is not a confirmed opening service.
